January 13 Weight Loss Journey to new friends in the Million Pound Match Hi to all my fellow Million Pound MSN Biggest Losers. I have finally found some of you. I am not a computer person so this has been a journey in it's self to get started on this wonderful journey. I finally figured out how to explore some sites. I started on this at 11.30 last night. It is 4 a.m..(no joke)lol. I am so glad to see there are so many of us. It will be great to have all the support and encouragement that we can give to each other. I have been working and working out. Cynthia and I belong to separate gyms but we were able to exercise together at my gym (Bally's) on Thursday night. We took my daughter, Taylor with us to get some pictures. I will download them as soon as I can figure it out. I was also able to workout wit my daughter Tuesday, Thursday and Friday night after work. I think she is beginning to love to exercise which I am so excited about. Well first let me say I am sorry for not updated but I have been working, exercising, running the kids and trying to fit sleep into all of that. I have been eating healthly and learning to count calories. Iam trying to stay around 1200 calories a day, but of course this first week has been a challenge. I was able to lose 1lb this week which I am grateful for but I am hoping with all this exercise that I will have a better week next week. Well hello everyone and Good Luck!
