February 07 A Motivational Walk A few days ago Alice and I decided to walk the Labyrith at work together to explore our thoughts and draw motivatione to continue strong on our path to a healthier lifestyle. I found the walk liberating. I felt I gianed strenghth knowing that people before me had walked this path thinking of hope,courage,faith,and healing. If you ever have a chance to walk a labyrith I strongly suggest you do it.
As far as my week has gone: tonight I joined a few coworks at the gym. Boy it was great being surrounded be friends striving for the same goals as myself. I am trying to increase my cardio intesity slowly. I feel stronger from exercising. I only wish the pounds were coming off faster. Every Teusday I watch the Biggest Loser and every week I can count on being inspired from their success. It gives me hope, courage, faith, and strengh that one day I too will reach my goals. No matter how long it takes I will never give up, Thanks Alice as well as all my coworkers at work for supporting me and for being my cheerleaders.
