Update on weight loss journey
Well,
I think my body has finally adjusted to being home and I am glad to say that I did not gain any weight on my cruise. Although I have not lost any more either. Still I am pleased with that since I have been down with a cold this week and out of the gym. I went back to the gym today and boy did I miss my work outs. I feel so good when I finish working out. I feel like I have accomplished something for myself. Although I wish I would have lost more so far on my journey, I try to focus on all the postitive changes. Never before would I have been able to work out on the elliptical for 5 minutes much less 40minutes. The weight is coming off slowly but that is better than not at all or better than gaining.. I will continue to push myself as I still have 116 lbs to go. Looking back over the course of 6 months I have lost 28lbs. 11lbs of which I lost during the MPMU. For this I am greatful. Being under 300lbs is a mile stone for me as I have not been less than 300lbs since before I was pregnant with my 10 year old daughter. My next goal is when I get under 290lbs. I will take it in 10 lb sections...
